Sarah's book is thorough and a must read for every student of yoga....a great teacher training tool. I love how the book is laid out with chapters for each Chakra and the pages are the colors of the Chakra...very clever! Can't wait to read her next book!

A beautiful and thoughtful book. I love it because it's easy to read and accessible to anyone (yogi or not)! My favorite part is that the color of the pages coincide with the topic/chakra. The illustrations are amazing. Great read!
